Important Information

• Both your journey to Nusa Lembongan and your return journey to Bali are included.
• Mainland transfers are provided by the boat company’s drivers, not Three Palms Travel Co drivers.
• Airport pickup and drop-off are available for an additional cost at checkout.
• Transfers to or from locations outside the included South Bali areas can be selected as a paid add-on at checkout.

location of your accommodation, but don’t worry—we’ll be in touch to confirm
all details with you closer to your travel date.

Approximate Itinerary:

On Departure Day (to Nusa Lembongan):

• Pick-up from your accommodation or the airport
  (airport pick-up is available for an additional fee)
• Private vehicle transfer to Sanur Harbour (approx.
  45–90 minutes depending on location)
• Check-in at the harbour and receive your fast
  boat ticket
• Board the boat from the dock (no beach
  landing)
• Fast boat transfer to Nusa Lembongan (approx.
  30–40 minutes)
• Arrival at the Nusa Lembongan dock and
  transfer by vehicle to your accommodation

On Return Day (to Bali mainland):

• Pick-up from your Nusa Lembongan accommodation
• Transfer to the dock and board your return
  boat
• Fast boat transfer back to Sanur Harbour
• Drop-off at your accommodation or the airport
  on the mainland

We’ll confirm your exact pickup times the day
before your travel to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

To ensure a smooth and comfortable journey, we
recommend packing the following:

· Booking confirmation or ticket (digital or printed)

· Passport or valid ID (required at check-in)

· Comfortable clothing and footwear

· Swimwear, towel & sunscreen (if you plan to head straight to the beach)

·  Reusable water bottle

·  Small day bag or backpack

·  Motion sickness medication (recommended for those prone to seasickness)

· Plastic bag or sick bag (just in case)

· Power bank
or charger

· Cash – Some places on Nusa Lembongan may not accept cards

Most travellers will have all of their luggage
with them, so we recommend packing as compactly as possible. Your bags will be
stored safely during the boat transfer, but important items should be kept in
your carry-on or day pack.

Please note that all boat transfers and
transportation between accommodations are arranged through a trusted third-party
provider. This provider is responsible for:

• Pick-up and drop-off from your Bali
  accommodation
• Transport to and from Sanur Harbour
• Fast boat transfers between Sanur and Nusa Lembongan
• Local transfers on Nusa Lembongan
  between the dock and your accommodation

If you select airport pick-up or drop-off,
this will be arranged and provided directly by Three Palms Travel Co for
your convenience. An additional charge applies for this service.

All insurance, safety protocols, and liability for
boat and local transfers are covered by our third-party partner. While we only
work with reliable and reputable providers, any insurance claims or issues
during the third-party portion of the journey must be handled directly with
them.
