Cancellations & Refunds Policy
We understand that travel plans can change, and we aim to accommodate our guests as best we can. However, due to the nature of our operations and commitments to our team and partners, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings:
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service:
✅ A full refund will be issued.
Cancellations made within 14 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled service:
🔁 A 50% refund will be issued.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service:
❌ Unfortunately, no refund can be provided.
No-shows or same-day cancellations:
Treated as cancellations within 48 hours and are non-refundable.
Natural Disasters & Force Majeure Events
In the event of natural disasters, severe weather conditions, government-imposed travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), we will work with guests to offer rescheduling options where possible. If rescheduling is not feasible, partial refunds or credits may be offered at our discretion, depending on the situation.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected events.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@threepalmstravelco.com.au.
Emergencies
We understand that genuine emergencies can happen. Should you need to cancel last-minute due to an emergency, please notify us immediately and we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to assist where we can and reschedule your booking.
Please understand that our team members are allocated and scheduled in advance for your service, and last-minute cancellations directly impact their day and income. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
We highly recommend travel insurance to cover any unforeseen changes to your travel plans.
