Your friendly driver will be waiting for you at the airport, ready to greet you with a smile and assist you with your luggage before taking you directly to your accommodation.
Our 12-seater mini bus comfortably seats up to 8 adults and 2 children, with space for 10 suitcases and 10 carry-on bags (luggage fits inside the bus).
If you’re travelling with extra passengers or additional luggage, we recommend adding a second car to your booking for extra space and comfort.

Personalised Pickup
Your driver will be waiting for you upon arrival, holding a green Three Palms sign with your booking name for easy identification. Once you’ve met your driver, you’ll be assisted with your luggage and taken directly to your accommodation. Enjoy complimentary bottled water and relax in our air-conditioned vehicles after your flight.
Delayed Flights
Our team carefully monitors your flight details provided during booking. If your flight details change, please notify us as soon as possible so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.
Convenience Stop
If needed, your driver can make a quick stop at a Circle K convenience store on the way, giving you time to grab snacks, drinks, or essentials.
Flexible Travel Time
Travel time varies depending on traffic and your accommodation’s location, but we’ll always ensure a comfortable and timely arrival at your destination.
Optional Extras
Travelling with young children? Car seats are available upon request for a safe and comfortable journey.
Love to surf? Our vehicles include soft board racks for surfboards. Please note what type of boards and how many you’re bringing in the notes section.
NB: Malibu surfboards require a separate luggage van at an additional cost.
For Larger Groups
If your group exceeds 10 passengers, additional vehicles can be arranged to ensure everyone travels comfortably.
