Nico was my driver from the airport to Sanur. The communication was fantastic. I got a whatsapp to reconfirmmy booking the day before, and Nico sent me a video on the day to show me exactly where he was standing and what the sign looked like - it made it super-easy to find him. The vehicle was spotless, and Nico was friendly and gace me plenty of suggestions and information on Bali during the drive to my hotel. I'll absolultey use Three Palms again in the future (and the provided all my transfers in Bali as well as a fantastic day out in Ubud.)
